All my cakes have a firmer, harder texture than a normal "cake" due to me not using Artificial preservatives. I bake the cake longer so all the moisture is out to keep from going bad and molding. Please be aware of this before purchasing so you're not disappointed that its not a "cake" like texture.
During shipping the icing may crack, unfortunately that's out of my control as much as I try to pack safely.
